  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed within the timeframe set on our Booksy page.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or the full service price being charged, as outlined on Booksy.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
